What happens in mediation stays in mediation. The mediator
cannot be subpenaed to court and cannot later be called by an attorney to testify against a party. What is said to the mediator
will not be said outside of the session, however, the mediator can share information with the other side in an attempt to
reach a resolution. If there is something specific that one party does not want the mediator to say, that must be specified.
